I have an 8750M which is an absolute beast.

My specs.
i7 4702 MQ with intel HD4600 integrated
AMD 8750M
8GB Ram
Windows 8.1 64 bit.

I run bf3 at ultra, with a few settings turned down to medium.
I get constant 45-50 FPS

BF4 runs at high with a few settings down to medium and low.
I get around 40 FPS.

Nvidia mobility cards generally are weak. So I would definitely recommend the AMD 8750M laptop.

AMD Radeon HD 8750M class is same class 2 but Radeon HD 8750M class is below than GT740M in notebookcheck but the peformance should simmilar with GT 730M or GT740M
Again In tech powerup 8750M offer memory GDDR5/DDR3 The core is clocked at 775 - 825 MHz (DDR3) or 620 - 670 MHz (GDDR5) and can access up to 2 GB of memory (128 bit, 1000 MHz).Overall, the DDR3 and the GDDR5 versions of the card are offering almost the same performance, as the higher core clock of the DDR3 modell is compensated by the additional memory bandwidth of the GDDR5 variant.
Both GT740M and 8750M Current and demanding games of 2013/2014 will run fluently in medium/high resolutions and detail settings.

Actually GT 740M have 2 Architecture
Both GK107 and GK208 are based on the Kepler architecture and offer two shader blocks, called SMX, each with 192 shaders for a total of 384 shader cores. The shaders are clocked at the same speed as the rest of the chip. Although more shader cores are available in the Kepler architecture as compared to the Fermi design, the Kepler shaders are much more efficient. However, due to the missing hot clock of the shader domain, two shaders of a Kepler chip are as fast as one shader of a Fermi chip even though Fermi shaders are clocked at twice the speed.

The gaming performance of the GeForce GT 740M depends on the used chip. Our benchmarks with a GK107 version show a performance just 10 percent below the GT 650M. Current games (as of 2013) can thus be played in medium to high settings. In older titles, there are also reserves for additional quality features like AA and AF. The GK208 version, however, performs significantly worse and is sometimes even below the GT 640M. Still, the performance depends on the core clock and the GPU Boost 2.0.
