guys on what parts can i get better deals on please advise

You can get a good "budget" graphics card for around $100-$120, like a HD7770 / R7 250X or GTX750; you may find a deal on a R7 260.
You won't need an aftermarket cooler for an i3; the stock cooler will be sufficient.
Use some of the savings for a better PSU, closer to $45-$50. You might find a 350W Seasonic for around $40 (enough for a GTX750 or GTX750Ti; not for the R7 260) but anything less (e.g. a Corsair "CX") is not a good PSU, or worse, may be a PSU-shaped object).

great so i will try and find a $150 gcard,4gb ram stick ( for now),better psu( dont think ill find a good branded 1).....i live in zimbabwe guys stuff aint that easy to find

The process is supposed to be easy (and sometimes it is), but due to nit-picking, timing issues, and sometimes outright deceit (e.g. the rebate processing company goes out of business), is something I consider inherently subject to dishonesty and do not support. Vendors need to name their bottom-line price and be done with it.
