1) It's fine with the minimal system you have attached to it. It could even handle a GTX 750Ti if you added one.

GTX 770 requires 30 Amps on the 12v rail & a 600W PSU minimum
A quality 550W like the ones listed, will be more than enough for a single GTX 770 on your average system. You can go higher wattage if you want headroom for overclocking for peace of mind or if you might add a 2nd card later on (750W/850W).
