Alright, so I just finished putting together my new video editing PC running Windows 8.1. I have a 1TD WD and a 128 gig Samsung SSD in it right now. The SSD is running fine, have the OS on it. My issue is I can't access my 1TB and when I go to computer management it tells me that it has a max capacity of 350mb and has like 316 mb available, then next to that says that there is 931 gig unallocated. I tried to format the drive but it would not let me when I clicked Format and gave me an error message reading, "Windows cannot format the system partition on this disk."
Any ideas on how to help me get that drive b?
