I bought a pre build pc 4 years ago. It could hold it's own some year ago butit was always a little behind on the graphics performance. But now, this is no good. So now i am gonna buy a 750 ti and i don't know if you power supply can handle it. I have a 300 W PSU right now. But i am gonna buy a new one. So which W PSU should i buy, 400, 500, 600?

These are my specs
Anyway my current system specs are

Mainboard: don't know
Video Card: don't have one
Hard Disk: 1T
DVD-Rom Drive: ATAPI iHAS122

That PSU has very low amp rating on the + 12 volts so it will not do it although a modern 300watt would. Basically any 400watt + will handle it with plenty to spare.

yes a standard 300 - 400 watt psu would be enough to power the system with the card...if u want to buy a new one then go a 40 watt because any thing above will be meaningless ....http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-80PLUS-Certified-ATX12V-100-...

As the other guys have said, going much 400W is not a requirement, but if you can find a quality unit of say 450 Watts then go for it but don't go any higher, the unit will quickly loose its efficiency.
A Few Good Names: Antec, Corsair, XFX (Pro series), Silverstone, Seasonic, Rosewill (Capstone series).
