Currently im looking to upgrade my gpu, but to be sure il ask you guys here first.

My specs are:

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 3ghz non OC Max 95W
GPU:GTX 650 1GB EVGA 64W
RAM:8GB 1600Mhz something like it
1GB HDD
4 USB
500W uncertified PSU Im not home and cant check the pins/connectors atm

I am looking to upgrade to a GTX 760 2GB OC, or GTX 660 TI 2GB, I play on a 1376x768 resolution.

Currently i average 43 FPS on Battlefield 4 @ Medium settings and I want to get atleast 60 FPS on medium, And if possible on high.
I mainly play CSGO, BF4, DOTA2,

My question is which GPU will fullfill my needs to be able to get 60FPS on medium or even high @ BF4, and if i will have to upgrade my current PSU or not.

Solution
I have to disagree on the PSU being fine. If its an unknown or a Cheap OEM, its best to replace it. It probably won't even output 500w. Or if it does, it doesn't provide enough power. You could throw a new graphics card in there, and the whole system might get taken down.

If you want to stick around the budget of the gtx 760, get a r9 270 with 1280 stream processors and a quality PSU from Antec/Seasonic/XFX/(and I can't think right now so go with a Tier 1, 2a, 2b here's a link: http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html)

Maybe it will, but currently my GPU holds me back a little, thats how i feel like it is.
Even if it might be a bottleneck i will still gain a few more FPS which will make everything more smooth.

Solution
Not sure about CSGO but BF4 and DOTA2 are both heavily dependant on the CPU for good performance and the GTX650 is a more than decent card at such a low res.
Try this:
Turn the settings in each game to low and run a test using FRAPS or the built in benchmark to log the frame rate.
Do it again on the medium preset.
No or little change between low and medium indicates a CPU bottleneck and adding a stronger GPU will not improve performance.
