About a year and a half ago I purchased an Acer G185HVb just recently it started to flicker and I determined it was the monitor that was the problem. I am trying to figure out if there is a way to fix it or if I should just buy a new one.
The monitor flickers constantly and the top left corner is fairly hot while the other corners are cool. The longer the monitor is on temporary dead pixels start to appear in the hot corner and go away if the monitor is turned off for a while.
