You said the budget for the rest is $450 so thats not including what you already listed I assume. That being said You want us to pick out the reamining items and keep it to $450 my question to you is do you have a monitor, keyboard, mouse? So far I am thinking you want us to select the SSD, Case, Mobo, PSU and ODD?

No, without including what I already listed.
Yes, I have a keyboard, desk, mouse and OS. I have another thread opened for the two monitors i'll buy but feel free to include them if you want. The budget for the monitors is 300$.
I want you to select the CPU cooler for the overclock, mobo, case, ssd, psu, ram and monitors if you want.

EDIT: Are EVGA's PSUs safe? (they'd told me not to stay away from a list of psu manufacturers, EVGA isn't there...)

My personal opinion would be to go liquid cooled on the CPU if any overclocking is to happen on this build. and if you like we can toss an entire build exclusing what you already have and including the monitors if you put it all in a single thread. Also you can toss a total budget for the items you still have left to pick out. Makes things a heck of a lot easier for you and us for that matter.

No in the new thread you posted I only saw one person answer it with the parts you actually requested. Although every one has different experiences with different parts and ultimately you got different opninions or preferences. What matters is what is your preferences and who picked the parts you would more than likely use. That's how you best select your best answer! http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-2251860/complete-build.html I selected your reply with the new thread as best answer because that's the one where it was answered exactly to the requirements you originally needed. If you feel differently then you may select something different.
