I am a college student looking for a laptop to play a few games on, while still doing college work. I'm looking for something that can run the two main games i'll play, which are Minecraft and SWTOR, on medium settings with a good frame rate (45-ish fps). However, price is my main concern, so I would be willing to play those games on the lowest settings, so long as I am still getting good frame rates. I'd like to keep it under $500, but I am willing to go up to $600 if needed.

As far as I can tell, the other laptops I've been looking at have only offered marginal performance enhancements with a hundred dollar price increase.
I am far from an expert on this though so any help would be very much appreciated.
