GPU BIOS PROBLEM how to change bios

hi guys so i have a r9280x gigabyte battlefield 4 edition and has some flickering problems which i read that is common on those cards with my bios 015.041.000.000.000000
how do i flash my video card bios and which version of bios do i need beacause i went to gigabytes site and there are only version f4 and f13(which i dont understand what do they mean)

my gpu is GV-R928XOC-3GD-GA

Here is something that i have found for you. Remember any damage done to your graphic card i will not be responsible do it at your risk. Go to the link (http://forum.giga-byte.co.uk/index.php?topic=14011.0) and there should a post from DW75. Try it and see if it solves your problem. There is another post down below in which guy increased the memory clock to 500Mhz which stopped the flickering you could try it before flashing the BIOS.

not really, i went to their website and the latest bios was released june this was updated in january
