Total of 4 case fans (3 x SP120's, 1 x AF140) + Kraken X61 w/ 2 x Corsair AF140 replacements.

Planning on going SLI with the 780 Ti in 3-4 months when I add 2 more monitors.

Just worried that I can't find really any review on the Asus Z97-AR. It matches perfectly with my extremely strict White/Black color theme.

Solution
I believe that a 990FX chipset has better SLI support.

I would question your preference of form over function. Color schemes are a bit of an arbitrary discriminator.
