Everything was working fine but after an Windows 8.1 update i got a black border around my screen.
I tried to fix it with installing a new driver but for some reason i couldnt instal some features like Cataclyst control center and the Instal manager and for some reason the Instal manager is still on the pc but i cant remove it even with an tool that should remove all amd software and i have no idea what to do i rather not reinstal the whole pc again if its possible
