Hello I have
Motherboard - ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A78L-M/USB3 (AM3R2)

CPU - AMD FX-4100
Zambezi 32nm Technology

Ram 8.00 GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 736MHz they are Corsair Vengeance 4gb sticks I have 2 and they run up to 1866.

How can I change it in my BIOS to fix this as I have checked and it should be able to run at 1866 MHZ

sorry, no xmP on that board. You will need to adjust manually.

Under ADVANCED in bios, under the title MEMORY TIMINGS AND VOLTAGE,
-Change timing to Manual
-Change MEMORY CLOCK SPEED to 933mHZ

Make sure to change all timings to specific RAM specs, you can find the specs online or on the package. Also, change voltage to correct voltage when running at 1866MHZ (voltage will depend on brand/model, and will be specified on box or online).
