the only thing i don t like is the cpu because it is only dual core and i am looking to run gta 5 , ac unity , gmod , cs , etc. will this build be able to run gta 5?

Pentium isn't a wise choice for the processor, because it isn't optimized for gaming, and therefore will have crummy preformance with little help from the GPU. Definitely go with the i5 4690 or 4690K if you plan on overclocking. You can get an i5 4570 for $200 (150 Euro).

R9 270x is better because it is actually faster. It's like AMD's version of a Ti graphics card from nvidia.
