Computer Slow after installing new graphics card

I just installed a new graphics card on my computer, and now my computer is like super laggy and slow. Im not sure why. I installed the card correctly

We need a few more details, please list the following

Your CPU (processor)
Your motherboard
Your graphics card
Your memory (RAM) and its speed, eg. DDR3 1333, 1600, 1866
Your power supply
And your primary HDD or SSD (storage)
