I'll check mine when I go home around lunch. The only thing I had tried to do was plug the headset into the controller via a USB to MicroUSB adapter. This did not work. Would love to see Steelseries make a USB adapter for use with the controller.

So, I hooked it up. If you're referring to how you can hear your own mic input, I got that as well. Things became much better when I turned the volume down on the headset's volume wheel. I also did not check it in an actual voice conversation, so I can't tell if it would have turned everyone else down too far as well.

The audio of my voice came out almost exactly when I spoke though. If you're referring to an echo of your voice after the fact I did not experience this. It seems very odd for them to not have a setting to turn down the sound of your own voice.
