400-450 Dollar Office Build or Gaming Build

Hello, I am a bit new here, but I have a few questions that I haven't seen asked in other threads. Most have to do with only gaming, but hopefully I can get my point across to you as cleanly as I can. I have been looking for a gaming build that is very budget and can play Minecraft of Far, Smooth maxed out at over 60 frames to which I can lock it on.

My primary goal would be to get to this in $400 or $450 but I do know limits are limits and I do not have the money to go for a 760 or 270x as it seems. Please consider seeing what you can do with this first, if not, I understand. Read on please.

My next option would be to max out everything that I can with $400 or $450 dollars but not include the graphics card so that I can get it in the future when I get the money. This is not preferred but if it has to be done to get to my small goals then it has to be done.

I probably should mentioned that I am not going for crossfire or sli, but if it ever so happens to come with it, no problem. Second, please include all builds in PCPartPicker like I know that this community uses as it will help me modify without part incompatibilities and make it a lot easier.

Edit: I'll mention that I do not need an Operating System or an Optical Drive, a mouse, a keyboard, etc etc. Just the parts not including the optical drive.

Thank you!

An APU may be a good fit for you at the moment. That way you could use the decent integrated GPU until you have money for the graphics card.
