i upgrade't my CPU and started getting clock interrupt errors when i shutdown or put to sleep.

sorry if this is in the wrong place to post, it's my first post.

the mother board is foxconn G33m, and the old CPU is core 2 duo e4500.
the new CPU is a e8400
the modelis and inspiron 530.
this is what i got from blue screen viewer.

    You probably need to update the bios. The E8400 requires a microcode(part of the bios) update for full support on that board.
