Thanks both of you. I will do some investigating of those recommendations.
@ SR-71 Blackbird, do you know if the switch controlled RPM changes only effect the fan motor, and not the LED brightness as well?
I'm mainly after quiet. If need be, I can do w/o the LEDs.

coolermaster, bitfenix and corsair, corsair have this 'silent' series, where they have led fans too I think, and to answer your above question, the led brightness are always the same

There's different modes for the LEDS also.
Enermax fans are decent quality.
