specs:
cpu: i5 4670k
gpu: gtx 760 SC
Ram: 16gb 1600 mhz ram
i get 27 fps on ultra and the same on low. I have the newest drivers so please don't tell me to re install them. I have windows 8.1 i don't know if this might be a problem when it comes to performance. What i find strange is that i get the same fps on all settings even with vsync turned off. Ive monitored cpu and gpu usage and dont really see anything out of the ordinary (well i dont really know if its out of the ordinary) ive also had issues with Tomb Raider and Batman Arkham Origins but not as bad.
