So I'm thinking of getting a EVGA GTX 770 and putting on the NZXT Kraken G10 but people say the VRAM gets hot, so can anyone suggest a heatsink for this?

Why would you put liquid cool in a single 770? I have 770 and yesterday i toke my build from the atx acer predator case and now with only 3 fans 2x 200mm 1x 160mm my gpu is silent(my whole pc is silent my bad) and the gpu never gets above 60c even in ac4 so there is no sense of l cool on a single 770 if they're 2x or 3x ok but on one naah. Get a better case or add more fans

Unless you're planning on doing extreme overclocking on it, there's no point in liquid cooling. The stock fans will work fine as long as you've got decent case airflow.

I would highly recommend that you get the card first and see how it does before you spend a bunch of money on cooling solutions for a component that is already adequately cooled.

What "people" are saying the VRAM gets hot and what statistics are they backing that statement up with? If there was an issue with it, it would be all over the boards and, to my knowledge, no such thing has occurred. If there is a verifiable issue with EVGA's GPU cooling systems, we'd all love to know about it.

Update: My guess is that the "people" you are referring to have heating issues with their GPUs because of inadequate or inappropriate case air flow.

Here are some links you might find helpful regarding GPU cooling. The G10 wouldn't do what you're looking for as it only covers the GPU core. There's a fan included for cooling VRM and the RAM chips, but would be the same thing as the stock non-reference cooler...probably not as good.
