So Im planning of upgrading my current gpu (xfx hd 6670 core edition) to the gtx 750 ti and i was wondering if my psu can handle it? The nvidia webpage stated that i need atleast a 300 watt psu(which i have) but they dont say anything about amps thats needed to power it. So can I or can I not run it?

xfx hd 6670 2gb core edition
750gb hitachi hdd
cd\dvd combo drive
4gb ram (4 sticks of 1gb)
2 fans (one is a 120mm and the other is a 80mm)
