Good build, save a few bucks and dont buy the 3rd party cooler. That cpu cant be overclocked. You could use that money plus a little bit more and get an SSD. That will really help your build.

Drop the cooler, get a H97 motherboard. Going with the B85 has a possibility that you'll need to update the bios. If you don't have a cpu compatible for the bios update, it'll be a pain.

ASRock H97M pro4 is slightly less expensive. It doesn't really matter about features with h97 motherboard in my opinion. Whether one is good or not, read customer reviews and see how other people like it.

A z87 motherboard will most likely require a bios update before being able to use haswell-refresh CPUs. I say stick with H97 or z97.

Z or H doesn't matter as you aren't overclocking, and if you get the 4570 instead of the 4590 you don't need to worry about x97 at all
