Hello,

I managed to stabilize my OC @ 4.4GHz at 1.20V Vcore, but the cpu frequency is stack at 4.4GHz. I left the base core @ 3.5GHz and only changed the multiplier of each core (under "turbo" in bios) to 44.

Is there a way to decrease the frequency when cpu is not used? (i.e like stock settings where the cpu frequency is 3.5ghz - 3.9ghz)

Thank you!

If you're on a laptop, make sure your power settings aren't on High Performance.

My bad, totally skimmed your post.

Check and see if ratio synchronization is turned on, if so turn it off and see if that helps, you can also try to use offset voltage.
