Script Error on Windows Startup

I recently used the "Refresh My PC" on windows 8, and now this error pops up whenever I boot up my PC.

The only information I can think to provide are my startup programs:

By reboot windows I mean put windows back onto your PC/laptop and the second warranty just mean that they give you permission to tamper with the BIOS but it could a driver, see if it is and reinstall it if it is.

Just reboot windows, there second warranty just allows them/you to open the BIOS and change settings around so windows can be rebooted. My friend got told the so I just took his laptop and did it and not once has he had this problem since!!

I dont quite understand what you're saying. I'm supposed just restart windows? Uh.. o.o

I'm still having this error.

I found out that I get this error when Wscript.exe tries to open Lenovo-25214.vbs from Program Data folder. Or at least that's what I think because when I try to open it I get the exact same error.
