Hello all,

It has been a very long time since I built my last system and have fallen out of the know how. I have build a system using pcpartbuilder but it is too expensive at the moment. If anyone could help with reducing the price I would be eternally grateful!

Things that I dont want to change:

I see no reason to go to an i7
want to keep it at 8g ram
would have loved to get an SSD with a HD but cant warrent the price
Want to stay close to a Geforce 770 as I want , at least try, to future proof the system and play games on High-Ultra settings for the next couple of years.
oh and the main purpose for this is gaming :)
Ummmm can't think of anything else at the moment.

Solution
Got you a cheaper 8GB kit of ram
A GB motherboard (which I do prefer with high end builds like this one)
Cheaper HDD still 1TB and 7200RPM
Cheaper case still has a side window and good cable management
And a cheaper CD Drive.

So I basically just got parts that are cheaper but are still the same of what you previously had :p....
