I honestly dont know where to start. I have had about 6 to 7 different BSODs. Most frequent is the Memory Management Error. Although i have had kernal security errors, system thread exception error, etc. Im a gamer and I built this computer for gaming. Its about two years old now and It was working fine for quite some time.

About 6 months back, my WoW would have random kernal graphics driver failures and instantly restart. Luckily they dont make you logout for those. But as I play new shooters like BF4 type games, my games will just freeze. When I alt f4 i manage to see the kernal driver crashed error. Now Im playing Minecraft with Yogscast installed. My game wont even load the game most of the time without crashes.

I ran windows memory diagnostic last week and it said I have memory problems, so I went out and replaced my 8gb of ram with a brand new set of 8 gb ram. It passed the test. I ran it again today, it says i have memory problems. As far as drivers go. I updated my graphics card and Java after I had the errors, to attempt to fix it. I ran a check disk overnight and got no results upon my start up.

Possible issues I can think of is that i had switched over my windows 8 from my ssd to my hdd. Maybe its not completely uninstalled and making errors?

You most likely have some driver errors from leftover driver installations and hardware upgrades. I'd really recommend you backup your important files and do a clean install. Your SSD will thank you for it. So will your graphics card. Plus, you now have 16GB of RAM if your system supports it.
