MSI 970 Gaming AM3+

i was wondering if anyone has this motherboard i saw it on new egg and im kinda interested in it i matches my gfx card so im just wondering if it s a good motherboard for $100 and also for the 8350 any comments are appreciated thanks.

It is an OK board for that CPU, it will handle mild overclock with its 8+2 power phases.

It has a 6+2 power phase design , is SLI / Crossfire compatible , and is a great fit for the FX8350.

It's new to the market and is a decent board.

I've had this a month now and it seems to have died on me, wont post and tested every other part in the pc. Not entirely sure if it was a one of or could be a common fault.

Tried taking out the battery before and it never worked, but just tried shorting out the two pins and it worked

Some boards are very stubborn to get them to clear, that's why I wrote the FAQ with a list of all methods I'm aware of that may work. It saves a few RMAs if you can raise the board from the dead yourself
