No. Different voltages, different clock frequencies, different timings, a few slightly different signals, etc.
You can use only one memory type at any time. Read your manual, it likely says so on the board layout summary and at the start of the chapter about installing memory.

Even though the board supports ddr2 and ddr3 you can only use 1 or the other they will not work together.
