Hello guys
i've bought a new case today , Corsair Graphite Series 230t , the case has 2 front led fans , and one exhaust fan.
i got the back fan to work by connecting it to the sys-fan 3 pin adapter on my motherboard,
the problem is the other 2 require 3 pin connectors and my motherboard doesnt have it anymore .
so i bought a 3 pin adapter to molex to connect it to the molex female outlets in my powersupply , but they still didnt power up .
i figured maybe because the adapters i have had only 5v , and the fans requires 12v , so if i return these adapters and get 12v adapters will it work??
thank you guys for reading

Normally, 3 pin to molex adapters give you the full 12v for the fans to run at max speed.
If your adapters say 5v, they are ultra low speed adapters designed to slow down the fan and the noise, 7v adapters are in between.
Some fans will not start at 5v or below. That could be your problem.

The molex will just keep your fans going flat out. Which will eventually drive you insane.
