SPECS:

CPU: GTX 780 SC 3GB
CPU: intel i7-4770k
Memory: 8gb Ram (RipjawsX)
Windows 7 Home Premium
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z87X-OC FORCE
PSU: EVGA SuperNova 650G (650W)
COOLER MASTER Eisenberg 240L Prestige Cooler

So Whenever i play Watchdogs on ANY RESOLUTION or very low graphic setting my Computer still shutdown Automaticly. I touched the GPU and its pretty hot. and it happen to Snipers Elite 2 as well. Im wondering whats the Culprit for shutting down by itself. It just TURN OFF my computer Completely. I already OC it and everything and put the fans to 100% and it still turns off.

First you need to monitor your temps, touching it is not going to give you an accurate reading. 2nd i suspect the PSU could be the culprit here as you are running the min req for that card. and running things on high settings is drawing a lot of power. But DL a program such as CPUID or Coretemp monitor temps of GPU and CPU. it may be overheating and shutting down as a safety. Or the PSU is giving out.

Sounds like overheating. More importantly your CPU (maybe your PSU can't draw enough power? just a guess)

Overheating may be the problem. Disable any Overclocks you have and test it again(if you have any).

Should I try a higher PSU wats? To see if it's going to work? Temps were good it's only 50ish then it shuts down. I overheat my CPU And GPU to check if it's the heat problem. But it doesn't seem like that's the problem.

I would look to the PSU. Do you have the CPU Overclocked? Also if that is a water cooled system, something is def wrong with those temps if it is not OC'd.

You still need to DL a program that gives you the core temps like coretemp.

and GPU temps. My money is on the PSU. But you need to rule out the GPU is not overheating. And if you have it OC'd it may not be stable as well.

Try CPUID, Speedfan or Coretemp. Careful when downloading this stuff very easy to click on an ad that looks like the program and DL something you dont want. so pay attention.

But those temps dont seem right to me with no OC and a water cooled system. I feel like they should be running way cooler. Something is amiss there
