skyrim how to fix gaps between legs of female character

i used many mods from the past using nmm can't remember all of them, then my character became what you see, then i decided to just uninstall all of it including the game plenty of time then finally fomat my pc and start a new character.. and as you see no luck... the first pictures is a new clean save character the last is my old character.
am i missing something if you know the solution can you walk me through this
