4790k isnt an option as it is socket 1150. you must go with one of these 2011 socket cpu! i suggest the marked one

Core i7-3820 (3.6G,L3:10M,6C,HT,rev.M1)
Core i7-3930K (3.2G,L3:12M,6C,HT,rev.C1)
Core i7-3930K (3.2G,L3:12M,6C,HT,rev.C2)
Core i7-3960X Extreme Edition(3.3G,L3:15M,6C,HT,rev.C1)
Core i7-3960X Extreme Edition(3.3G,L3:15M,6C,HT,rev.C2)
Core i7-3970X Extreme Edition(3.5G,L3:15M,6C,HT,150W,rev.C2)
Core i7-4820K (3.7GHz, L3:10M, 4C, HT, 130W, rev.S1)
Core i7-4930K (3.4GHz, L3:12M, 6C, HT, 130W, rev.S1)
Core i7-4960X (3.6G, L3:15M, 6C, HT, 130W, rev.S1)

64gb of ram is a total waste of money for just gaming perposes! 16gb is still an overkill. going with 32gb will still save you a lot of money...
You might replace your two titan blacks with an R9-295X2 , less money and great performance. If you're going completely overkill then why not have a 4TB storage HDD for all of your junk and maybe you can go with the 4960X or an I7-4930K to handle this beast of a GPU.

CPU is not compatible with the mobo. For LGA 1150 and i7 4790k consider Asus ROG Formula VII or Asus ROG Extreme VI.

Samsung 840/850 Pro is better choice. Grab that. Also make it like 500GB SSD + 2TB HDD (WD Black)

900D is way overkill. Just get 800D or 780T/760T/750D from Corsair. Great PC Cases.

Titan black is your choice. I agree for R9 295X2. My recommendation otherwise would be to wait a bit as 800 series is being released in Sep-14 by nVIDIA.

You don't need dedicated sound card as sound card on Formula VII is good enough.

Why not EVGA 1300W Super Nova? It is cheaper and equally good.
