Do you think overclocking is unnecessary for me?

I was thinking about overclocking but I'm not sure if it is worth the extra money. Here is my current build: LINK. I only play games, browse the internet, and write up word documents. The games I play are Battlefield 3, Transistor, League of Legends. I'm hoping to play Far Cry 4, Assassin's Creed Unity, DayZ, and The Stomping Land. Just by looking at my playlist, do you think CPU overclocking will help drastically? Will I see a FPS increase by a little or a lot? How will OC'ing help browsing general usage? Thanks.

EDIT: Changed the link.

Get this PSU:

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg620m

Reasons: Tier 2 Class A, the best you can get with ~same price and better overall quality.

OR this one:

Reasons: Tier 2 Class A

I'd prefer SeaSonic. No technical reasons, just better experiences with this one.

The PSU LucoTF suggested is Tier 3.

Tier 1>2>3>4>5 in terms of performance.

OC is required only if you plan to play latest titles on max or ultra in the future.

Your CPU and MoBo are excellent for OCing, I'd rather do it or else buy the CPU without the 'K'.

Waste of money if you buy K CPU and Z MoBo and don't OC.

OCing will be useful only if the software/ game you use run at max...

How high can I OC with the 4690K/212 without reaching unsafe temperatures? Also, is my PSU good enough? I don't plan to Crossfire.

No need to OC this CPU for today's games, they'll run fine on this.
BUT, they'll run excellent if you OC it, you may get a couple of FPS.
