where to buy cooler master hyper plus 121 in paksitan !!

unless one of our forum members lives in pakistan or nearby country and decides to respond to this thread we couldnt say for sure.
the best we could do is to use google and try to find it, however you can do this too.
i found one page on a pk site http://www.galaxy.com.pk/cooler-master-cpu-cooler-hyper-212-evo.html which lists the item but it doesnt show up in the store and i'm not sure why.
otherwise, it appears as most of the online stores (that i've seen in the first 10 listings on google anyways) do not have a wide selection of coolers available for purchase. you may need to pick something else besides the 212.
generally the 212 evo isnt any better than most other coolers of similar design in the 120mm fan size bracket. it is just extremely well known and it has a good price.
now, if you wanted to know if you could substitute other coolers for the hyper 212 then list a few coolers here that are available to you for a good price and we can most certainly let you know if they are worth getting.
