Hello everyone! Finally got a budget for a normal pc.
I have a lot of questions.

First if all the parts are compatible?

CPU: i7-4770k
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 780 gtx
MoBo: AsRock z87 extreme3, dualDDR3-1600
RAM: DDR3 corsair vengeance red 16GB (2x8) 1866Mhz CL10, 1.5V
Case: Fractal design define R4 black pearl with window
PSU: Corsair CX 750w, 80+ bronze

I will put an SSD, HDD and optical drive from old pc. I have a monitor, OS. And btw. This PC will be used for gaming AND 3D rendering, working with 3ds max. Plus video editing.

Second question is do i need any additional fans? I was looking to two fractal design silent series R2 140mm fans.

Third question what cpu cooler should i get a hyper 212 evo or h100i? I was thinking of h100i, but is it safe, thinking of liquid inside my pc is... *cold feet*. I mean if those tubes wont break? :s

Final question what GPU 780 should I get MSI, Gigabyte, Asus or Zotac. And yes, there is no EVGA in my country. I am from Lithuania.

The list of parts in my country cost 1700usd/1270EUR/4500LTL So that would be my budget, because i tried putting all the parts to take the maximum of my budget. The currency in my country is litas. LTL. If it helps you, the shop from where i will buy all parts is www.skytech.lt

dont get the cx 750 from corsair for a built like this get a seasonic or xfx .....http://www.amazon.com/XFX-PRO750W-Edition-Bronze-Certif...

well if u are not going for heavy overclock then i would say stick with air cooling instead of water......i will say noctua http://www.amazon.com/Noctua-Heatpipe-Bearing-Cooler-NH... though hyper 212 is also a bang for buck cooler....
go for the asus or gigabyte model for your card........

for the fan setup a front intake a side intake for the gpu a top exhaust and a rear exhaust would keep your case well ventilated..
