Good but cheap monitor for my Radeon HD 5770

I need help finding a pretty cheap pc monitor. Size doesn't matter, but obviously I want more bang for my buck.

And if it helps narrow it down, I have a HIS Radeon HD 5770.

just because it has those inputs doesn't mean it is better. Samsung make some of the best screens around, so you won't get much better even if it has a VGA input only.
