why my psc's fuse blow off when i boot my pse i could not found and thing burned or blown off except the fuse , but to test it by eliminating the fuse and replaced with a copper wire .but after that nothing went wrong but psc did not boot but i found a resistor burned after that (May be before but could not notice) but a capacitor also does not show any continuity or even doesn't get charged (cap was working before the elimination of the fuse , i am sure because i discharged it my shorting it)

Fuses are designed to "blow off" before a component is damaged by over-current. If you replace the fuse by copper wire, then you allow the over-current to reach the components and damage them instead.

Your PC is now probably just a collection of scrap parts.

"Fuses are designed to "blow off" before a component is damaged by over-current" i did not connect it to a computer, psu was separated before refusing it , and i tried two fuses and both "blow off" i did it because i thought i could found out which component blow off
