Which graphic card only for HD video playing with Celeron single core 1.6 GHz processor and DDR 2 RAM

My PC is quite old. I want a graphics card that will play HD and 3D HSBS movies flawlessly. For eg. I have Avatar 3D HSBS 17GB mkv file which doesn't play. I am not into games please suggest a low cost graphics card.

Mobo : asus P5GC-VM/s
Processor : Celeron 1.6 GHz single core
RAM : 2GB DDR-II
Which graphic card only for HD video playing with Celeron single core 1.6 GHz processor and DDR 2 RAM

GTX750 and R7 250 both are high end graphics card for playing games and also a little costly. Will the below mentioned cards make any difference..

NVIDIA GeForce GT 210 1GB DDR3
AMD Radeon HD 5450
NVIDIA GT 610 2GB DDR3 Synergy Edition

i7Baby what you have recommended wouldn't server a very good purpose as they are made for gaming where as the GT 610 is pile of crap that would only be good for HD videos but also has nobody questioned the power of his PSU incase he has buy a new one which will would reduce the price needed for the GPU? I would say buy like a 450w-550w PSU and a GT 610 and you shall be fine for watching HD videos!
