CPU --> AMD FX 8350 - 8 Core & 4Ghz
GPU --> MSI TwinFroz GTX 760
Ram --> 2x 4GB - HyperX Fury 1600Mhz
MB --> Asrock 990FX Extreme 3

I can play BF4 at ultra setting with ~80 FPS but sometimes it drops down to 20-10 FPS. That also happen at Low Settings. Is everywhere, time to time, not only in fights.

Can someone tell me what is going one? :S While playing my GPU goes to 82ºC MAX and CPU to 45ºC MAX.

Hug!

What OS are you using? And is it only in BF4? Because BF4 runs like crap on Windows 7, it's highly optimized for Windows 8.1.

Ah, I think it might be the 4 GB RAM, BF4 is a memory hungry game. Is it only in BF4 this happens?

I wouldn't say it runs like 'crap'...yes 8.1 is better but 7 is comparable

That is true. Check the page file settings :

Windows Key + Pause|Break Key --> Advanced system settings --> Advanced tab --> Click Settings under 'performance' --> Advanced tab again --> Virtual Memory click change --> Post a screenshot or write what you see here.

No, click the tab that says "Program Settings" and look for BF4.exe. Also, make sure you're running in 64 bit mode. And you said you installed 4gb more ram? Are you sure you installed them in the correct slots/they are identical to your other sticks? Try using my settings and see if it changes for you. Also, change Audio in-game to Stereo for FPS increase.

If none of this works/other games are suffering crashing and stuttering, you may have a defective part in your system. Did you build this computer?

I have the same settings in BF4 Nvidia 3D Settings and I have 8GB working.
Yes, I build this computer by pieces alone. Bought them and mounted by seeing videos at home.

So I'm assuming this is your first PC build? The problems you're describing seem like a part isn't working right. Try to make sure each part is installed correctly: reinstall RAM sticks, reconnect cables, no loose screws, etc.

I already know the cause of it. When game lags my cpu usage drop from 40% to ~10% or less. Please help :/

I think it may be caused by a dysfunctional part

How can I find that PC part? Any program to analyse all PC hardware?
