I am building a new CPU for Gaming and a little bit of editing. It's my first time building one.

Corsair VS650 650 W PSU
Samsung LED 1080p monitor
AMD Fx 8350
ASUS Crossfire V Formula - Z
Sapphire AMD/ATI Dual-X R9 270X 2Gb GDDR5
Gskill RX 4Gb X 2 DDR3 1600Mhz
Samsung 120 GB 2.5 inch 840 EVO SATAIII SSD
3 x WD Blue 1TB 7200RPM 64MB Cache
Cooler Master N300 KKN1 Cabinet
2 x Cooler Master SickleFlow 120mm

I won't be overclocking for the most part, maybe 4.2GHz.
And if I do overclock to 4.2GHz would I need more fans?
Do I need to upgrade my PSU and/or Cabinet?

ThankYou

I agree, there are better quality power supplies available no matter what country you're in

Any decent 400W PSU should be enough so 600W would be good and leaving a lot of headroom.

So I guess CM VS650 W is good?

According to the list, yes. The CM VS series is OK. Personally, I wouldn't trust it though.
