Why do you need a new motherboard? Your current motherboard supports the latest AMD processors, if your looking for a performance boost keep your motherboard and throw a new CPU into it. Being that I am not in India and don't know the normal outlets I can't really say what products to get though. In my opinion though, coolermaster makes some really good cases and I believe you will be happy with what ever choice you make from that manufacturer.

Get the ASUS M5A97 board. Its great. For cabinet, get a Corsair spec 02. Only 3700/- and a lot of cabinet for that money.
PSU: Seasonic S12II 520. Best PSU out there below 5000/-.
Do i really need 520watts psu for that specs i mentioned above? I can't afford it right now....Will 450watts be enough?

for that money the best you can get is a 970 chipset The Asus one is around 6.5 K I guess. All of them are pretty much the same. For a brand I always use Asus and Gigabyte. So get any 970 that fits your budget.ok.Any other suggestions on cabinets because i couldn't found the above cabinet you mentioned anywhere in indian online websites..

You need to buy it from the stores. I got mine from the computer market in my city. I wouldn't get any components on-line, because they are much cheaper in the stores. Can u suggest any cooler master cabinets under that price range i prefer them because of easy availability in my city??
