ANNOYING network adapter issues with my laptop

Hi, everybody. As stated in the title, I am having some annoying network adapter issues here.

The issue is that the internal network adapter in my Asus Q550LF laptop is not letting me load any websites in any browsers. This happens at completely random times and is fixed by a simple restart. When it happens, the problem is REALLY annoying and I am getting REALLY tired of it. I think one of the reasons this is happening is because the router is being a pill with my laptop. This never happens with any other computers in the same house (except my mom's computer(she has Windows 8.0)). I have another network adapter (it is USB), but tied to my Deepin 2014 computer. Could anybody tell me WHY this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Additional Info:
OS: Windows 8.1 (I also emulate Windows XP/7/98/DOS(only Windows XP and 7 can access the Internet))
Router: Verzion Fusion w/ 30GB plan
Internal Network Adapter (on the Asus laptop): Unknown

Does the same issue happen with your mother's computer? If so, it's probably the router. You might try resetting it to factory defaults and set it up again. There may also be a firmware update you need.
