It looks to me that you have 3 fan connectors on the motherboard. 1xCPU fan connector near the CPU, 1xSYS fan connector near the PCIe slot, and 1xSYS fan near the 24 pin power connector. So, it looks like, according to the case, that you can install another fan on the side panel and connect it to one of those SYS fan connectors to the motherboard.

Why do you want another fan?

Your case has limited cooling capabilities.
If you need better cooling, your only solution is to buy a more powerful 120mm intake fan. It will be noisier.

Your motherboard looks like it can support one system fan(in addition to the cpu fan) that I can see.
That will allow the motherboard to control that fan's speed.

Or... a better cooling case.
