No signal om monitor with new memory

Hello, i got my new Kingston DDR3 HyperX Beast 16GB 2400MHz memory today. when i installed these, they worked just fine. But when I restarted my PC, the monitor just says no signal. The weird part is that when i take out one memory stick, the pc turn on just fine, but when I have both in the same time, the montor wont get on. I have tried with both memory stick one at a time, and they work just fine both of them. When i have both insterted, when i go to bios it says 16310mb ram, but when i then try to boot, the pc turns off at the windos splash screen. my motherboard is MSI Z87-G45 Gaming if that will help you

Try testing your ram with memtest86+.

Have you increased your ram capacity from a lesser amount to 16gb?
Is this a 16gb kit or 2 x 8gb, or did you just add a second stick.
If it is not a kit, there may be some incompatibilities.

Are you using the integrated video adapter, or are you using a discrete video card?
The integrated adapter uses system ram.

Did you try the ram at default 1333 speed, or are you using the 2400 XMP?
Try the default speed, or at least less than 2400. It is harder for a motherboard to manage two sticks vs. one.

i have tried everthing you said, but none of it worked, there was no errors or problems with the memory sticks

Now when i try to boot with both sticks, i manage to press f8 and i press enter on safe mode, but i am getting a blue screen and then the pc turns off
