Windows 8 randomly restarts

So my PC is relatively new (ASUS Essentio CM6870) that will randomly shut off and reboot. Before this had started to happen it worked fine, but after i had installed a windows update it started restarting, Any help?

Download all drivers for your computer from Asus and install them. Also update BIOS with the latest version from Asus.
If it was the windows update that broke it, that should make it Ok again.
