So I'm new to building PC's and I've got everything to work in the case, and the system boots up just fine. The issue I am facing is that the case fans are not spinning! I originally has them plugged into the Sys_Fan1 and Sys_Fan2 slots. I thin tried to plug them in to the "F Panel" and they worked just fine. Is there any reason why the fan headers do not seem to be working? Just for some extra information I have a Corsair 330r in which the fans have 3 pin molex ends, which were plugged into a 4 pin molex headers on the motherboard. Does that do anything to the fans? Thanks a lot in advance!

when a 3 pin head is plugged in to a 4 pin header, usually the fans will still work, but the speed cannot be altered, if your fans are not spinning at all, then either the board has a fault, or maybe you 24pin header is not correctly inserted, restricting the amount of power it can draw

Thanks so much! I re-did the 24 pin header and it worked!

You can measure voltage if you wish - look for 12V at any pins of Fan connector while PC is on.
