Sorry but I really need some fast help because I am going to order my new pc in next half hour.

So which GPU is better
EVGA GTX780 3GB SC ACX
vs
ASUS GTX-780 DirectCU II OC

Evga cost about 45$ more is it worth it?
I was thinking to buy MSI gaming edition but it is out of stock in my local shop.

I plan to overclock later but not to much.

Also I was thinking to buy XFX PRO 750w which is good (somebody here said it was made by Seasonic,or at least some parts)
So Corsair CS 750 W is avaible GOLD.

So if EVGA is better in perfomance I would buy it but I don't think it is worth 40-45$.Please explain.

Also is this good PSU for my build.I don't know a lot about PSU so please explain this as well.

I will be very thankfull to everyone who answer. Thank you a lot again.

Other parts:
4690k,8gb of ram,evo 840 250gb,raidmax horsus case.

The EVGA is quieter, the Asus is cooler, their performance is about the same, overclocking will be about the same, if you want a little more guaranteed overclock performance get the EVGA because it comes factory overclocked but it always depends on which chip you are blessed with.

In your opinion is it worth it extra 40$?
Also what about PSU?

I would probably get the EVGA because I prefer a quieter machine and they have amazing customer service although I have never delt with Asus customer service but I would imagine it is good as well. But if I was tight on money I would go with the Asus, because the performance difference will only be 1-2FPS on either card not saying either is better than the other.

As for the power supply I would say it's a good buy since it is made by Seasonic, I believe all of their power supplies are.

Are you sure Corsair CS 750W is made by seasonic or have some sea sonic parts?

Sorry I ment the XFX, the Corsair is not made by Seasonic if I recall correctly no recent Corsair PSU's are made by Seasonic, but it should still be a solid PSU Corsair does anything they can to keep their brand untainted.

And if not this PSU which one would?

I would probably get the XFX, as for the question about lightning striking your lines and getting your video card or PSU fried, EVGA would most likely replace the card if it is within warrenty and I am not sure about XFX's warrenty, but I would invest in a surge protector if you don't already have one you can get a good APC Surge Protector for like $15-20.

for the lighthning and overvoltage the psu will help but your better to had a surge protector between the wall outlet and all the computer system .
