Psu ? Seasonic ECO 500 or Antec vp550p or something else??

I'm looking for a good smps in budget range..
I live in India so not all psu are available here..
My current idea is to get Seasonic ECO 500 or Antec vp550p

Specs :
Motherboard - Asus m5a97 evo r2.0
Processor - fx 8320
CPU Cooler - DeepCool Gammaxx 200
RAM - 4GB Corsair XMS3
Gfx - Sapphire Radeon R7 260x
Case - Zebronics Bijli 2
HDD - 1 TB WD BLUE

I have still not bought the motherboard and processor alone so I'm just having these as my final option..
