Help my PSU bottom fan is not spinning

idk if this is a big deal or not, i know not all psu have a bottom fan but i just got a psu from my dad from his old rig, its a 600watt apevia, its the apevia a5600w power supply, the bottom fan is not spinning, is this a big deal, will it burn up or does it turn on when i gets hot, im not sure

if it's an old PSU, I'm believe that it should spin. Does it still work though?

if this is not a current year psu fan should spin so check to get another psu .

Or if you are good with a soldering iron, replace the fan.

it is a few years old, it works fine other than the buttom fan isnt working

Apevia is tier 5 PSU.

Replace it immediately, and get something decent.

well i dont have any money right now, how long will it last without that main fa, i have some extra case fans can i put one in the case to help keep it cool

well im out of luck i own a logisys and now an apevia, i dont have any money for anything elese, my dad has had this psu for a while now it causes him no issues

I recommend you shut down your systems before you get something decent. Honestly, your system is worth more than a crap PSU.

the PSU may work for sometime, but the risk is that your components might get damaged in the long run and may need to be replaced, which may cost you a lot more than a new PSU. It's up to you if you want to take that risk. Another thing is, whatever its wattage is, since its old and a lower tier PSU, the actual rating might be lower than it says. You may encounter some issues where some of the components are not functioning properly like your vid card. heed everyone's advise here, don't use it. abstain a bit until you get a decent one.

it will be better then the other with a non working fan give all the specs of your system so you could receive advice for a new psu .

what it plug with a slide clip or soldered if it is a slide clip make shure it is well fit over or it could unplug again when you move the system .
